Cascade Studio is a four-person digital agency. We started in 2019 because we wanted the work to feel less like agency theater and more like making things.
We don't take projects we can't do well. We don't take more projects than we can pay attention to. The work shows when we do, and clients seem to notice.
Most of our engagements last three to twelve months. The shortest was three weeks. The longest is still going.

How we work
We start with a paid discovery — a fixed-fee two-week engagement to understand the problem, scope the work, and write a proposal we both believe. About a third of discoveries don't lead to a project. We think that's the right hit rate.
After kickoff, you talk to whoever is doing the work. There's no account team. There's no slide of "the team."
We ship weekly. Sometimes daily. We close the loop with measurable outcomes, not vibes.
