Kestrel had been running their dispatch operations across four separate tools (a CRM, a spreadsheet, an email thread, and a custom legacy app from 2014). We consolidated into one portal built on Total CMS, with custom schemas for routes, manifests, drivers, and incidents. Real-time HTMX updates for dispatch view; drivers get a mobile-friendly view of their next pickups.
